Senior Principal Consultant

Here at Your Career, we are proud to be working with our client in their search for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant – Project Services (Commerce) to join their successful Sydney team. This desk has come about due to the incumbent moving overseas and it has a track record of $750k-$1M per annum billings. There is also a career runway to managing a team / several teams in the future.

Their client base is amongst the best in Australia working across a broad portfolio of blue chip commercial companies. They have placed with 150+ clients in the last 12 months, many are household brands.

You’ll be joining an agency that is well-established, have an incredible leadership and specialist mentoring team, who are committed developing career focused recruiters and always providing the best service to their clients and candidates alike. You’ll have recruited across Project Services before. This is a dual desk, and you’ll reap the benefits of having no narrow splits and also being able to build your temp book.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Full 360 recruitment across the all Project Services (commercial) roles in NSW
• A desk that should bill $1M+ per annum
• Attending networking, sports and charity events
• Providing an excellent level of service to both candidates & clients
