This is a rare opportunity to step into the CEO seat of one of Australia’s most respected specialist recruitment businesses at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.
The business is a highly profitable, ~$40m revenue operation with around 40 consultants across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

What you’ll bring
You are a commercially driven recruitment leader with experience running (or ready to run) a business with full P&L accountability, ideally within construction, infrastructure, mining or related sectors. You lead from the front, are client-obsessed, financially astute, and thrive in a performance driven environment. You will have a recent track record of successfully scaling and growing a recruitment business.
